2011, Seattle trip
I'm home. The train was 8 hours late
getting into Chicago so AmTrak put me up in a motel overnight and I caught a train home the following morning.
I had a great time in Port Townsend in part because of the hospitality of Mike and Michelle Patterson who so kindly
invited me to stay with them for a few days. Thanks you guys!

2011, Galena trip
My brother,
Hank, his wife, Pat, and I rendezvous every Christmas. Usually we
get together before the holidays but for some reason we had to meet
late this year. |

Glenn
& Debbie, August, 2010
I met
Glenn & Debbie at Seal Rock, an Olympic NF campground in Brinnon
WA. Glenn had a knack for standing rocks on their pointed end
as the pictures in this folder will show. Here Glenn has balanced
one of my wine bottles on end. Given the rock's rough surface
this is much harder to do than it appears. Both Glenn & Debbie
were good people. They shared their campfire with me multiple
times and we had good conversations well into the night.
